Chennai TN-- A recent survey conducted by 'Live or die' Research Organization, has sent shockwaves through Corporate India revealing that a staggering 80 percent of the respondents would rather face the gallows than return to work on a Monday Morning. The remaining 20 percent were unavailable for comment, presumably too depressed to respond. 'I just don't understand', said one confused manager, 'We are a family. And I always tell our employees that our office is a second home. So why are they so eager to go to their first home?' The same manager is known for scheduling all the daily meetings at 8 pm after working hours because he was a night owl. Other managers have demonstrated remorse about the situation and have taken action by allowing their employees to wear casual outfits of jeans and t shirt every Friday to motivate them to feel happy about coming to work. 'We believe this will reverse years of overtime, burnout and existential dread.' grinned the HR head who had an unwavering belief that cutting a cake on employees birthday would make them bend their knee and pledge their loyalty forever to their soul sucking company. Veteran executives were quick to blame Gen Z. 'They’re lazy, undisciplined, and have no respect for work culture,' declared a 50-year-old manager, wiping tears from his eyes as he left yet another voicemail for his estranged son. 'When I was their age, I worked weekends, skipped weddings, and didn't sleep for four years straight. Look how successful I am!' he added, standing alone in his corner cubicle, illuminated only by the blue light of his 14th Excel sheet.
